Barrie was here during the week, promising to have the place in colour by the end of the week.
Well, that didn't exactly happen to plan... it rained.
Not only did it rain, but Barrie was out dodging the showers rendering the place beforehand. So when it did rain, half of what he put on the walls washed off...
This however is how it looked before the rain. Not bad!!
I'm a little surprised at how much texture there is in the final surface finish. It's not a bad thing by any measure, but I wasn't expecting it.
It would be nice however if there were one or two straight lines in the finish...
I'm going to have to have a word with Barrie about these. I'm not going to be able to live with it - they'll drive me crazy.
