I confirmed with the renderer today that he's going to start the exterior of the building on Monday next week. He expects to take about a week to do the bulk of the job.
But before he can start I've got a metric buttload of things to get done. There's all the window ledges to cut and install; joints between the Hebel panels to patch; chips, damage and screws to patch; and gaps to fill with fireproof polyurethane sealant.
But before I can do all of that I need to backfill all the trenches that I dug around the buildings for the water supply and stormwater pipes...
So it's going to be a busy weekend. Hope it doesn't rain! :-o
